Cancellation Policy

To change or cancel your appointment, please login to your Jane.App account. 

Please call (416) 827-0594 or email info@soulhands.ca if you need help. Changes to your appointment will not be able to be made by you in the Jane.App account in under 24 hours. 

If you are unable to provide this notice, you will be charged in full for the missed appointment. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients who are in need of treatment and also to make massage therapy a feasible career for our therapists as they don't get paid hourly or salary, but by appointment.   

The 24 hours’ notice gives the therapist time to fill the spot with another client. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, if that’s not available, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking. If you have an emergency, please let us know so we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We do not consider schedule conflicts to be emergencies. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. 

Why do we charge the full treatment price if you miss your appointment? 

Therapists are booked well in advance. If you do not provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling, we have missed the opportunity to help other clients who are interested in booking with us. We hope you understand. We require a reasonable amount of notice to prepare for your absence, and will charge you the full amount of your treatment in lieu of a 24-hour notification of cancellation or rescheduling.
