All massage services are available during any massage treatments at no additional costs.  Our goal is to provide patients with the best treatments available. Also, all first-time clients receive a free 15-minute consultation along with your personalized treatment.

A standard massage treatment that begins with relaxing lighter techniques including long gentle kneading strokes targeting the more superficial muscles and tissues to increase circulation, reduce tension and help you relax.

During the treatment as we come across problem areas, we will use more therapeutic massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy targeting knots, cupping massage therapy or instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, of course always staying within your pain tolerance.
